Job Summary
Operate scrubbers, buffers, and vacuums to maintain clean store floors, windows, and restrooms while adhering to safety and loss prevention standards. Perform dust mopping, damp mopping, sweeping, and spot cleaning across the sales floor, backroom, and single queue. Cross-train in multiple store areas including the front end and associate lounge to support business needs and respond to Front End coverage requirements. Uphold merchandising signage, organizational cleanliness, and recovery standards throughout the day. Communicate effectively with management and associates while embodying a positive store culture.
Required Qualifications
- Excellent customer service skills
- Able to work a flexible schedule to support business needs
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks and run floor buffer and scrubber
- Capable of multi-tasking
- Able to respond appropriately to changes in direction or unexpected situations
- Strong communication skills: verbal and written
- Listens and responds appropriately
- Capable of lifting heavy objects with or without reasonable accommodation
- Standout colleague, working effectively with peers and supervisors
- Retail customer experience preferred
