Job Summary
Operate scrubbers and buffers, dust mop, damp mop, sweep, vacuum, and dust while maintaining cleanliness and organizational standards across the sales floor, backroom, and restrooms. Perform spot cleaning on glass and windows, support front end coverage needs, and initiate store recovery as required throughout the day. Adhere to operational, merchandise, loss prevention, and health and safety policies, including refilling essential items in the lounge. Cross-train in multiple store areas to support business needs and model customer experience practices with internal and external customers. Maintain a safe environment by participating in safety awareness and upholding merchandising and signage standards.
Required Qualifications
- Excellent customer service skills
- Able to work a flexible schedule to support business needs
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks and run floor buffer and scrubber
- Capable of multi-tasking
- Able to respond appropriately to changes in direction or unexpected situations
- Strong communication skills: verbal and written
- Listens and responds appropriately
- Capable of lifting heavy objects with or without reasonable accommodation
- Standout colleague, working effectively with peers and supervisors
- Retail customer experience preferred
