Job Summary
Retail Store Cleaning Associate at TJX Companies responsible for maintaining a clean, organized store environment with a focus on floor care. Responsibilities include operating a floor scrubber and buffer, dust mopping, damp mopping, sweeping, vacuuming, dusting, and spot cleaning glass/windows; adherence to operational, merchandise, and loss-prevention standards; cross-training to support store needs across departments; delivering strong customer experience; upholding health and safety policies; and contributing to store recovery and overall store cleanliness and organization (Sales Floor, Backroom, Restrooms, Associate Lounge, and more). Required to work flexibly, demonstrate strong communication, and collaborate with management and associates.
Required Qualifications

- Able to work a flexible schedule to support business needs
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks and operate floor buffer and scrubber
- Capable of multi-tasking
