Job Summary
Maintain a clean and organized store environment with a focus on floor care, including operation of the floor scrubber and buffer, dust mopping, damp mopping, sweeping, vacuuming, dusting, and spot cleaning glass/windows. Adhere to operational, merchandise, and loss-prevention standards. Cross-trained to support multiple store areas (e.g., Front End, Backroom, Sales Floor) and contribute to a positive store culture through honesty, integrity, and respect. Ensure floor care cleanliness and safety standards, comply with health and safety policies (including refilling essential items in lounge/restrooms/front end), and participate in store recovery and coverage needs. Communicate effectively with management and associates and uphold merchandising signage and labor policies. Benefits and compensation include a starting pay range of $14.00 to $14.50 per hour, with comprehensive benefits after meeting applicable requirements.
