Job Summary
Assist in delivering exceptional Guest Service for a luxury hotel boutique retail setting and support in creating Destination Discovery memories for guests in retail outlets and online shops. Handle inventory, place orders, forecast store needs, and stay informed on market trends in the luxury brand sector. Demonstrate product knowledge, manage transactions and payments, maintain store administration, and build strong client relationships. Must communicate effectively in English (additional languages a plus) and demonstrate problem solving, organization, and attention to detail while upholding confidentiality and GDPR practices. Located in Athens, Greece, reporting to the Manager of Retail Outlets; Marriott International culture emphasizes equal opportunity and inclusive work environment.
Required Qualifications
- 2-3 years of experience in Retail Industry
- Experience in working in a fast-paced and high-end luxury brand environment
- Knowledge of handling products effectively, manage transactions, payment processes and general store administration
- Proven track record in building and maintaining strong relationships with clients
- Excellent command of the English language certified at Proficiency level; additional languages are assets
- EU or Greek National
