Job Summary
Retail Store Associate at Wild Fork Team Member responsible for delivering a memorable guest experience, becoming a product and culinary expert, providing butcher-friendly shopping, assisting customers at checkout, and managing inventory and online-order fulfillment. Requires ability to work in an extremely cold environment (walk-in freezer), lift up to 50 pounds, stand/walk long hours, and handle cash transactions. Requires strong customer-service skills, effective communication, teamwork, problem-solving, and math proficiency; training in culinary products and willingness to engage customers with product knowledge and recipes. Position offers full-time hours with benefits and growth opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- One year of customer service experience in retail, hospitality, or restaurant is required
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Act with integrity and teamwork
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Fundamental math skills
- Able to lift up to 50 pounds

- Flexible schedule including early mornings, evenings, weekends/holidays
