Job Summary
Deliver a memorable guest experience by acting as a personal chef and friendly butcher, providing product recommendations and personalized shopping assistance. Manage inventory control, replenish low stock, and perform stocking duties including lifting up to 50lb, rotating products, and cleaning. Process customer e-commerce orders, oversee timely product handouts for deliveries, and handle daily price changes and cash register operations. Work in an extremely cold environment, pulling racks, processing shipments, and performing monthly inventory in the walk-in freezer. Stand or walk for up to 8-10 hours while maintaining a flex schedule that includes early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- One year of customer service experience in retail, hospitality, or restaurant
- Excellent verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of people
- Work with integrity as a TEAM toward a shared vision
- Be determined and deliver superior results with a sense of urgency, time management, and prioritization
- Treat it like you own it –Take ownership and responsibility to be successful
- Acts with respect and values other opinions
- Strong cognitive skills, including problem analyzing
- Fundamental math functions such as addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division
- Ability to meet seasonal peaks, workloads, and deadlines
- The availability to work a flex schedule, working various hours and shifts, including early mornings, evenings and, weekends/holidays
Desired Qualifications
- High school degree or GED preferred not required
- Enthusiasm and passion for food and customer service preferred
