Job Summary
As a Wild Fork Team Member, deliver a memorable guest experience by educating customers about quality products, becoming a product and culinary expert, and providing personalized service in-store. Responsibilities include assisting customers at checkout, processing e-commerce orders, stocking and inventory tasks (lifting up to 50 lb, working in walk-in freezers, rotating stock), and ensuring product freshness and availability. The role requires strong communication, reliability, teamwork, basic math, and the ability to thrive in a cold environment with flexible hours and some physical duties.
Required Qualifications
- High school degree or GED preferred not required
- One year of customer service experience in retail, hospitality, or restaurant is required
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Strong cognitive skills, including problem analyzing
- Ability to meet seasonal peaks, workloads, and deadlines
- The availability to work a flex schedule, including early mornings, evenings and, weekends/holidays required
