Required Qualifications
- High school degree or GED preferred not required
- One year of customer service experience in retail/hospitality/restaurant is required
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Ability to work in an extremely cold environment (walk-in freezer)
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Flex schedule including early mornings, evenings, weekends/holidays
- Ability to perform stocking duties and process e-commerce orders
- Ability to operate cash register and manage pricing changes
- Team-oriented and ownership mindset
