Retail Store Associate

Assist customers by determining their needs, answer questions about Sherwin-Williams products, and recommend solutions. Resolve customer concerns to ensure satisfaction, stay up-to-date with product features, maintain high quality and visual standards of the products and store, and help the store achieve its sales goals. This part-time role is located at Store #1964 in Middlesboro, KY, and involves contact with customers (including minors) and handling cash and other payment methods. Must help maintain product knowledge and service excellence while enforcing store policies and procedures.
