Job Summary
Engage customers proactively to recommend products, services, and solutions while maintaining store and print department appearance. Utilize the selling program to promote best solutions and additional offerings, ensuring compliance with policies and loss prevention efforts. Scan, investigate, and fill inventory lows and outs daily, adhering to sorting, stocking, and freight guidelines. Complete Tech, Print, and applicable training to develop personal selling skills and product knowledge. Maintain awareness of advertisements, promotions, and loyalty programs to drive sales.
Required Qualifications
- Able to read, write, and count accurately to complete documentation, use training tools, and process inventory
- Good interpersonal and communication skills to build selling relationships with customers and coworkers
- Enjoys interacting with people and working in a customer-facing environment
- Must be able to consent to periodic comprehensive background checks conducted by a third-party
Desired Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- No previous experience required; retail sales experience preferred
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Access
- Able to use technology and POS systems to access information and process transactions
- Continued education in Print and Technology areas is expected, up to and including designated certifications, if required
