Retail Store Associate

Retail Store Associate in a Downtown Birmingham studio responsible for delivering an enthusiastic customer experience around piercing services and jewelry. Duties include welcoming customers, checking in and booking appointments, assisting with piercing selections and aftercare details, answering questions on procedures and product details, promoting and upselling piercing and non-piercing jewelry, maintaining studio cleanliness and inventory, following health and safety regulations, processing transactions, and supporting team goals. Collaborates with Studio Managers and Studio Nurse Piercers, participates in training, and works weekend availability with an emphasis on delivering exceptional customer service in a busy retail environment.
