Job Summary
Greet customers, check them in using POS systems, and assist with ear piercings and jewelry styling while professionally answering inquiries about procedures and aftercare. Promote and upsell products including non-piercing jewelry and aftercare kits to meet sales targets, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of Rowan's offerings. Keep the studio clean, organized, and stocked with supplies, following health and safety regulations, and assist with inventory management, restocking, and visual display upkeep. Process transactions accurately, maintain customer records, and participate in team meetings to support studio-wide goals. Work weekends, nights, and holidays in an 8-hour shift standing for the full duration.
Required Qualifications
- You must be able to work weekends, nights and holidays.
- The ability to lift up to 25 pounds is required.
- Standing for a full 8-hour shift is a regular part of this role.
