Job Summary
Customer-focused Studio Sales Associate responsibilities include greeting and assisting customers, helping book appointments via POS, advising on piercing and hypoallergenic jewelry, answering questions about piercing procedures and aftercare, promoting and upselling jewelry and related products, maintaining studio cleanliness and inventory, following health and safety regulations, processing transactions, and collaborating with the Studio Manager and Piercers. Requires weekend/night/holiday availability, strong communication, basic math, and a friendly, team-oriented approach to delivering exceptional customer service in a busy jewelry/piercing studio environment.
Required Qualifications
- experience in retail or service industry is a plus
- ability to work weekends, nights and holidays
- strong communication and math skills
- comfortable with assisting customers with piercings and jewelry
- ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for 8 hours
