Job Summary
Greet customers warmly, check them in using POS systems, and assist with selecting and styling piercings and jewelry while answering inquiries about procedures and aftercare. Promote Rowan products, maintain up-to-date knowledge of materials and care instructions, and meet sales targets by converting piercing customers into jewelry buyers. Keep the studio clean, organized, and stocked with supplies, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Process transactions for sales, returns, and exchanges, manage inventory through stock checks, and maintain accurate customer records. Collaborate with the Studio Manager and piercers to provide seamless service, attend team meetings, and support studio-wide goals. This hourly, non-exempt position requires weekend availability and the ability to stand for full shifts.
Required Qualifications
- You must be able to work weekends, nights and holidays.
- The ability to lift up to 25 pounds is required.
- Standing for a full 8-hour shift is a regular part of this role.
