Job Summary
Conduct daily store opening and closing procedures, make weekly bank deposits, and operate POS systems for sales, returns, and transfers. Greet every customer, assist with shoe fitting, and demonstrate product knowledge for footwear, handbags, and care items. Execute special projects and maintain a welcoming environment while adhering to company standards of service and cleanliness. Work day and night hours including weekends, requiring a valid driver's license and ability to travel. Must possess strong communication skills, physical stamina for standing and lifting, and a collaborative team mindset.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalents
- Must obtain a valid driver's license
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time
- Must be able to frequently bend to tie and fit shoes
- Must be able to climb and move
- Must have close visual acuity
- Must be able to frequently communicate with customers and coworkers
- Some travel is expected so must be able to travel if and when it's needed
- Must be able to operate a vehicle
- Must have good attendance
- Must be self-motivated
- Must be a collaborative team player
- Must be able to work day and night hours including weekends
Desired Qualifications
- Some computer ability with the POS systems and MS Office
- Have a great communications skills and exceptional customer service
- Mature, responsible and hardworking
- Respectful and caring to co-workers

- Retail experience is preferred but not required
