Retail Store Associate - Part Time

Operate a cash register efficiently, handle transactions accurately, and assist customers with product inquiries, item location, and purchases. Maintain accurate displays, restock assigned areas, and ensure merchandising standards are met. Unload deliveries according to Company processes, organize merchandise, and prepare it for the sales floor. Build friendly rapport and provide exceptional service through the T.R.E.A.T. model while promoting initiatives like donations and loyalty programs. Collaborate effectively to achieve goals and implement safety protocols throughout the store. Perform regular cleaning and janitorial tasks to maintain a neat, organized, and safe environment. Requires basic math and reading skills, legible handwriting, and the ability to lift 35 lbs on a regular basis. Compensation is $16.00 - $16.75 per hour based on candidate experience.
