Retail Store Associate - Part Time

Operate a cash register efficiently, handle transactions accurately, and assist customers with product inquiries, item location, and purchases. Maintain accurate displays, restock assigned areas, and ensure merchandising standards are met. Unload deliveries according to Company processes, organize merchandise, and prepare it for the sales floor. Build friendly rapport by exemplifying the T.R.E.A.T. model and foster a welcoming environment. Collaborate effectively and independently to achieve goals, proactively communicating opportunities for improvement to store leadership. Understand, support, and implement safety protocols throughout the store. Maintain a neat, organized, and safe environment for customers and associates through regular cleaning and janitorial tasks. This position requires constant extended periods of moving, remaining stationary, ascending, descending, and positioning oneself to complete various tasks throughout the shift.
