Build friendly rapport by exemplifying the T.R.E.A.T. model, promote customer initiatives like donations and loyalty programs, and collaborate to achieve goals. Perform regular cleaning and janitorial tasks to maintain a safe environment while understanding and implementing safety protocols. Requires basic math and reading skills, legible handwriting, and the ability to lift 35 lbs regularly.
