Job Summary
Operate a cash register efficiently, handle transactions accurately, and assist customers with product inquiries, item location, and purchases. Maintain accurate displays, restock assigned areas, and ensure merchandising standards are met. Unload deliveries according to Company processes, organize merchandise, and prepare it for the sales floor. Provide exceptional service by exemplifying the T.R.E.A.T. model and fostering a welcoming environment. Safely set up and move fixtures, perform regular cleaning and janitorial tasks, and implement safety protocols throughout the store. This part-time role offers a 30% associate discount and paid sick leave. Compensation ranges from $15.00 to $15.75 per hour. Weekend availability is required.
Required Qualifications
- Basic math and reading skills

- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Must be able to lift 35 lbs on a regular basis
