Retail Store Associate-Part Time (Days 8am-4pm, Evenings 3pm-8pm, Weekend availability required

Operate a cash register efficiently, handle transactions accurately, and assist customers with product inquiries, item location, and purchases. Maintain accurate displays, restock assigned areas, and ensure merchandising standards are met. Unload deliveries according to Company processes, organize merchandise, and prepare it for the sales floor. Build friendly rapport by exemplifying the T.R.E.A.T. model, promote company-wide initiatives like donations and loyalty programs, and maintain a neat, organized, and safe environment through regular cleaning. Collaborate effectively to achieve goals and proactively communicate opportunities for improvement to store leadership. Work primarily in a climate controlled environment with minimal safety hazards, requiring the ability to lift 35 lbs on a regular basis.
