Job Summary
Deliver professional, friendly customer service while building and maintaining long-term client relationships. Educate clients on skincare products, memberships, equipment, and services; meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals; and maintain a clean, organized, welcoming environment. This role emphasizes sales performance with uncapped commission and opportunities for hourly pay increases, tuition reimbursement, and career growth.
