Job Summary
Deliver authentic customer service by helping shoppers select shoes, styling outfits, and building lasting relationships through product education. Achieve sales targets and performance metrics while maintaining store standards, including visual merchandising, stock replenishment, and loss prevention. Manage cash, ensure inventory accuracy, and adhere to health and safety procedures. Encourage customer loyalty by discussing upcoming launches and collecting customer data. Requires flexible availability for weekends and holidays; US candidates only.
Required Qualifications

- High School diploma or equivalent
