Job Summary
Operate the POS system, assist with customer inquiries, recommend product improvements, and perform tasks such as stocking, merchandising, and store upkeep. Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting store environment while ensuring company policies and procedures are followed. Provide friendly, fast, and professional service to customers, demonstrating strong communication and teamwork skills. Remain adaptable to various store functions, expanding knowledge in product knowledge and selling strategies. Requires a high school degree or GED, twelve months of retail or customer service experience, and the ability to lift up to 100 lbs. Full-time and part-time roles available with a stable schedule, no late nights, and generous holiday time off.
Required Qualifications
- High school degree or GED
- Minimum of twelve months of equivalent experience in a related field (e.g. Customer Service, Retail, Sales, etc.)
- Ability to operate a cash register, calculator, telephone, and personal computer, as needed
- Lift, carry, pull, push up to 50 lbs
- Lift, carry, pull, push up to 100 lbs with assistance from another individual/equipment
- Reaching, handling, climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, and crouching to stock or retrieve product
- Standing 45% of the time, walking 50% of the time, sitting 5% of the time
