Job Summary
Greet customers, answer inquiries, resolve issues, and complete accurate register transactions. Perform inventory duties including unloading, scanning, and stocking products while maintaining visual standards and a safe, clean environment. Operate the point-of-sale system and multitask in a fast-paced setting to guide purchasing decisions and ensure customer satisfaction. Work Monday through Saturday with rotating weekend availability.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Previous retail experience
- Must be available to work weekends on a rotating basis
- Must be able to bend, reach, and lift up to 50 lbs
- Excellent critical and problem-solving skills
- Customer service skills
- Written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to perform simple calculations
- Extensive knowledge about the store product and services and customer-related policies
- Ability to operate or to quickly learn the store's point-of-sale system
- Integrity
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced and busy environment
Desired Qualifications
