Job Summary
Deliver a memorable guest experience by acting as a personal chef and friendly butcher, providing expert product knowledge and personalized recommendations. Manage inventory control, replenish stock, and perform stocking duties including lifting up to 50 pounds, rotating products, and cleaning. Process customer e-commerce orders, oversee timely product handouts for deliveries, and assist with check-out and cash register operations. Work in an extreme cold environment, pulling racks and performing monthly inventory in the walk-in freezer. Stand or walk for up to 8-10 hours while managing daily price changes. Required Qualifications
- One year of customer service experience in retail, hospitality, or restaurant
- Excellent verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of people
- Work with integrity as a TEAM toward a shared vision
- Be determined and deliver superior results with a sense of urgency, time management, and prioritization
- Take ownership and responsibility to be successful
- Acts with respect and values other opinions
- Strong cognitive skills, including problem analyzing
- Fundamental math functions such as addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division
- Ability to meet seasonal peaks, workloads, and deadlines
- The availability to work a flex schedule, working various hours and shifts, including early mornings, evenings and, weekends/holidays
Desired Qualifications
- High school degree or GED preferred not required
- Enthusiasm and passion for food and customer service preferred
