Job Summary
Spend Monday-Friday 8am to 4pm meeting with customers and selling all available products in a consultative environment, including core products, HMIG, Senior plans, and ancillary offerings like dental and travel. Execute assigned store operations by adhering to the Ops Manual and SOPs, ensuring the store remains optimally stocked, cleaned, and visually appealing. Come up with new methods to improve sales and customer experience, then report these ideas to the Store Lead. Handle appropriate customer service inquiries while maintaining a high-quality store appearance. Maintain a flexible schedule up to 40-50 hours per week, including weekends and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Customer Service, Sales or Marketing in the Health Insurance Industry
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, up to 40-50 hours per week as needed, including weekends, some holidays and evenings
- Required Annual Medicare/CMS Certifications
- State specific Producer License for Accident and Health
- 0% - 25% travel
- Lifting: up to 10 pounds
- Lifting: 10 to 25 pounds
- Lifting: 25 to 50 pounds
- Adherence to the Health Insurance Portability Accountability Act of 1996 (HIPAA)
- Adherence to the company's Code of Business Conduct
