Job Summary
Assists in managing employees and overseeing retail store operations, setting standards for exceptional customer service, and creating a superior shopping experience. Responsibilities include strategizing sales and marketing plans, scheduling and assigning employees, recruiting, training, and appraising staff performance, while maintaining store operational policies. Candidates should possess strong customer service skills, excellent communication abilities, and the capability to lift up to 20 pounds periodically.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in related field from an accredited institution
- At least 5 years’ experience in retail management, buying or merchandising
- Proven track record of selling and building relationships with clients
