Job Summary
Executive of Maxis Center (EoMC) Analyst responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and sales support within a Maxis Center, ensuring a positive customer experience and meeting sales targets for Maxis products and services. Responsibilities include providing comprehensive customer service, educating customers on Maxis products and promotions, processing subscriptions and upgrades, achieving individual and team sales targets across mobile plans, devices, broadband and value-added services, handling administrative tasks such as stock management and cash handling, maintaining accurate customer records, participating in training to enhance product knowledge and sales skills, maintaining a clean and inviting environment, identifying opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling, and collaborating with team members to ensure a cohesive customer experience.
