Job Summary
Assist Store Manager in achieving and exceeding the store's sales plan, ensuring profitable store operations and superior customer service. Supervisory coverage in the Manager's absence; manage resources including store personnel, merchandise, cash, and facilities. Drive storefront performance through leadership, product knowledge, and brand standards; recruit, train, and develop staff; monitor KPIs and external sales opportunities; control inventory and cash handling; ensure adherence to policies and procedures. Responsibilities include staffing, training, inventory control, payroll/labor management, scheduling compliance, and maintaining quality assurance throughout store operations.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 1+ years of Retail Management experience
- Proven sales background
- Demonstrated supervisory experience in a specialty retail environment
- Basic math and/or accounting skills
