Job Summary
Seeking a Retail Store Assistant Manager with experience in independent management of retail operations, responsible for employee scheduling, performance accountability, and customer service in a showroom environment. Ideal candidates should have a high school diploma, 5 years of management experience, and excellent interpersonal skills.
Required Qualifications
- 5 years minimum previous management experience (retail is preferred)
- High school diploma or GED required
- Ability to demonstrate equipment functionalities
- Experience running a store independently in an entrepreneurial capacity
- Physically able to reach overhead, bend, squat, kneel, and carry products weighing between 15~100 lbs
