Job Summary
Store Area Team Leader responsible for ensuring merchandising standards, efficient freight flow, inventory management, and leadership of store teams. Leads in the absence of the Store Team Leader, reconciles daily funds, optimizes scheduling and freight processes, maintains proper product placement and stock levels, and collaborates with the Store Leader on merchandising strategies. Focused on driving store performance, delivering exceptional customer service, leveraging technology (HCM, Oracle, Domo, Thinktime, LMS), and fostering a collaborative, high-performing team environment.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of previous retail management experience
- Proficient in Google platform (Sites, Slides, Drive, Docs, Sheets)
- Preferred experience with HCM and Business Intelligence tools
