Retail Store Area Team Leader (Assistant Team Leader)

Support Company programs to maximize revenue and achieve store goals while ensuring smooth operations in the absence of the Store Team Leader. Lead and support efficient freight flow processes, maintaining a well-organized backroom and achieving a 24-hour turnaround. Partner with the Store Team Leader to maintain optimal inventory levels, ensure proper merchandising, and develop strategies that drive sales. Monitor and maintain exceptional customer service, cleanliness, and visual standards across all store areas. Support the recruitment, training, and development of store associates while leveraging technology for scheduling and expense management.
