Job Summary
Lead store operations by ensuring all areas adhere to merchandising standards, managing efficient freight flow, and maintaining a 24-hour turnaround. Reconcile daily funds, optimize inventory levels, and place products on the sales floor while collaborating with the Store Team Leader to drive sales and minimize overstocks. Support associate recruitment, training, and development, fostering a stable team environment that exceeds standards for cleanliness and customer service. Monitor Domo Store Spotlight productivity goals and leverage Oracle and Thinktime systems to manage expenses and communications.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of previous retail management experience
- Proficient in Google platform (i.e., Sites, Slides, Drive, Docs, Sheets)
- Travel on an as needed basis
Desired Qualifications
- 4+ years of previous retail management experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience is preferred
- Preferred experience with HCM and Business Intelligence tools
