Job Summary
Oversee daily operations and merchandising for assigned retail areas, ensuring smooth freight flow and exceptional customer experiences under a Team Leader. Champion customer service through the T.R.E.A.T. model, bridge gaps with corporate support, and promote company-wide initiatives like donations and loyalty programs. Create effective work schedules, support associate training, and manage merchandise presentation while maintaining accurate signage and ticketing. Verify pricing accuracy on incoming shipments, handle packaways and returns, and uphold safety standards. When designated, supervise opening and closing procedures and operate cash registers. Requires 1+ years retail experience and availability for nights and weekends.
Required Qualifications
- 1 or more years professional experience in other retail environments
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Availability to work as needed by the business including nights and weekends
- Should be able to lift 35 lbs on a regular basis
