Job Summary
Oversee daily operations and merchandising of assigned areas, ensuring smooth freight flow and timely adherence to company guidelines. Champion exceptional customer service by bridging the gap between clients and corporate support, while creating effective work schedules and guiding team members through training. Manage merchandise presentation, verify pricing accuracy on shipments, and handle returns, transfers, and recalls in accordance with policies. Uphold store safety standards and perform opening/closing procedures when designated, operating cash registers as needed. Requires 1+ years of retail experience, proficiency with Google platforms and Qlik, and availability for nights and weekends.
Required Qualifications
- 1 or more years professional experience in other retail environments
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Availability to work as needed by the business including nights and weekends
