Job Summary
Oversee daily operations and merchandising for assigned retail areas, ensuring smooth freight flow and exceptional customer experiences under the T.R.E.A.T. model. Create effective work schedules, provide guidance to team members, and support training for store associates. Manage merchandise presentation, maintain accurate signage, verify pricing on incoming shipments, and handle packaways, returns, and transfers per company policy. Uphold safety standards and supervise store operations including opening, closing, and cash register duties as needed. Requires one year of retail experience, computer proficiency, and availability for nights and weekends. This role serves as a development path for future OSJL team leaders.
Required Qualifications
- 1 or more years professional experience in other retail environments
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Availability to work as needed by the business including nights and weekends
