Job Summary
The Store Area Supervisor oversees daily operations and merchandising of assigned areas, ensuring smooth freight flow and exceptional customer experiences under a designated Team Leader. Develops leadership-ready teammates, creates effective work schedules, supports training and growth, ensures accurate pricing and signage, manages backroom stock and shipments, maintains safety standards, and operates the cash register as needed. Demonstrates strong customer service, merchandise presentation, and collaboration to execute company initiatives and promotions; uses Google tools and Qlik for tasks; flexible to work nights/weekends; lifts up to 35 lbs.
Required Qualifications
- 1 or more years professional experience in other retail environments required.
- Prior customer service experience, training experience, and prior merchandise ordering, receiving, stocking, and maintenance experience in other retail environments is preferred.
- Availability to work as needed by the business including nights and weekends.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
