Job Summary
Oversee daily operations and merchandising for assigned store areas while ensuring smooth freight flow and exceptional customer experiences. Champion the T.R.E.A.T. customer service model, bridge gaps with corporate support, and promote company-wide initiatives like donations and loyalty programs. Create effective work schedules, manage merchandise presentation, and maintain accurate signage and ticketing through proper ordering and backroom stock management. Verify pricing accuracy on incoming shipments, handle packaways and returns, and uphold safety standards. Provide guidance to team members, support training, and supervise opening/closing procedures when designated. Requires 1+ years retail experience, computer skills, and availability for nights and weekends.
Required Qualifications
- 1 or more years professional experience in other retail environments
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Availability to work as needed by the business including nights and weekends
- Should be able to lift 35 lbs on a regular basis
