Job Summary
Build in-store displays and end caps, reset shelves with product rotation, and track inventory to maximize sales opportunities for retail customers. Provide merchandising support to retailers by ensuring stores meet shopper needs while maintaining a safety-first mentality during physical tasks involving lifting up to 50 lbs. Interact with customers, management, and team members with excellent service skills while working independently as a motivated self-starter. No prior experience is required; training and team support are provided to help you succeed.
Required Qualifications
- 18 years or older
- Can perform physical work of moving, bending, standing and can lift up to 50 lbs
- Have reliable transportation to and from work location
- Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with our clients, customers and team members
- Are a motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results
- Work independently, but also possess successful team building skills
- Have the ability to perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment
