Job Summary
Merchandise products on designated routes by filling, rotating, and stocking beverage sections, racks, and displays at all assigned accounts. Safely transport product between backroom and display floors while operating manual and powered handling equipment like pallet jacks and hand trucks. Monitor competitor products and sales activities, replace Point of Sale advertising, and maintain quality assurance standards at every account. Foster relationships with account personnel and ensure neat appearances of equipment and product. Perform required vehicle checks, track mileage accurately, and communicate status concerns to management. Work some weekends and holidays, travel approximately 10% to other locations, and maintain a safe working environment while conforming to all company regulations.
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver's license
- Motor vehicle driving history that meets CCBCHC guidelines
- Ability to repetitively lift, pull and push 50+ pounds
- Ability to reach above head height
- Ability to stand
- Ability to walk
- Ability to kneel
- Ability to bend
- Ability to reach
- Must be willing to travel to other company locations approximately 10%
- Must be available to work some weekends

Desired Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- 1-3 years of general work experience
- Prior grocery store and/or consumer products experience
- Customer service experience
- Ability to operate a two or four wheeled hand-truck
- Ability to operate all types of industrial power trucks
- Ability to work with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent customer service skills
- Adaptability – Ability to adapt to change in the workplace
