Job Summary
Merchandise products on designated routes by filling, rotating, and stocking beverage sections, racks, and displays according to Coca-Cola Bottling Company High Country standards. Safely transport product between backroom and display floor while operating manual and powered handling equipment such as pallet jacks and hand-trucks. Maintain clean, organized accounts and backrooms, monitor competitor activities, and foster relationships with account personnel to provide superior customer service. On-time arrival at all customer locations is required, along with accurate mileage tracking and vehicle checks. Valid driver's license and ability to lift 50+ pounds are essential. This Sales Merchandiser role includes 100% paid health, dental, and vision benefits, a $18.00 hourly wage, and a 401K match. Travel to other locations approximately 10% of the time and availability for weekends and holidays is expected.
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver's license
- Motor vehicle driving history that meets CCBCHC guidelines
- Ability to repetitively lift, pull and push 50+ pounds
- Ability to reach above head height
- Ability to stand

- Must be willing to travel to other company locations approximately 10%
- Must be available to work some weekends and some holidays
- Must be able to demonstrate truck driving abilities
Desired Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- 1-3 years of general work experience
- Prior grocery store and/or consumer products experience
- Customer service experience
- Ability to operate a two or four wheeled hand-truck
- Ability to operate all types of industrial power trucks
- Ability to work with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent customer service skills
