Job Summary
Conduct daily sales floor maintenance by re-merchandising, straightening, and ensuring the sales area remains runway ready. Assist customers with cashiering across in-store, online, and mobile platforms, including operating point-of-sale systems, bagging items, and handling bulky merchandise. Support the fitting room experience by greeting guests, assisting with selections, and sorting returned clothing back to the floor. Maintain organized stockrooms by checking in merchandise, accurately ticketing items, and unloading freight. Prepare and ship customer orders following quality standards while utilizing inventory management systems to process shipments. Greet customers, sort and return clothing to the sales floor, and keep the environment clean and clutter-free.
Required Qualifications
- Clear, effective communication with strong interpersonal skills
- Accountability, initiative and a high level of ownership
- Organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- The ability to work a flexible schedule based on business needs
- Continuous movement for 6-8 hours per shift
- Frequent bending, twisting, squatting, flexing and reaching
- Frequent use of hands for grasping, fine manipulation, pushing and pulling
- Handle bulky and sometimes awkwardly shaped items
- Reaching for and lifting items above the head
- Regularly lift items weighing up to 10 pounds
- Occasionally lift items up to 25 pounds
- Frequently lift and carry up to 25 pounds
- Occasionally lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- Demonstrate expertise in all technologies used in the store environment
- Adhere to all operational, merchandise and asset protection standards
- Assist customers when cashiering with a variety of transactions across different platforms (in-store, online and mobile)
- Operating a point-of-sale system
- Bagging items of all size
- Handling bulky sometimes heavy items including boxes
- Ensure a seamless and friendly experience
- Create a smooth fitting room experience
- Greeting and assisting customers

- Receive, unload freight, unpack and deliver newly arrived merchandise to selling departments
- Fulfill customer orders in a timely manner following quality standards
- Prepare and ship customer's orders following quality, packing and shipping standards
- Utilize inventory management systems to scan, process and research merchandise shipments
- Maintain clean and organized selling floors and stockrooms
- Provide general support to the store, e.g. set up special events, organize backroom, markdowns, and relocate store fixtures
