Job Summary
Retail Stock Lead to coach and guide a passionate, skilled and innovative team in Princess Polly Retail Stores. Help deliver world-class in-store customer experiences, build brand loyalty, host influencer events, and drive sales through client relationships. Role involves leading store operations, inventory/stock management, and motivating associates to achieve goals; must be able to lift and move boxes up to 50 lbs. Part-time position based in Scottsdale, AZ with a salary of $21 per hour. Requires strong leadership, organizational and communication skills; high school diploma or equivalent required, some college coursework preferred.
