Job Summary
Greet customers, ascertain their needs, and enhance their Medieval Times experience while selling retail items and photos. Answer questions regarding merchandise and pricing, describe photo options, and use a camera to capture staged and candid images of guests. Process information through the computer system, count money, and make change while following cash handling policies. Assist in monthly and quarterly physical inventory, arrange and display merchandise to promote sales, and maintain knowledge of current promotions, payment policies, and exchange procedures. Perform additional duties as assigned. This role requires a high school diploma, ability to read, count, and write, and physical stamina to stand, walk, and lift up to 40 lbs. Varied hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays, are available.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma preferred
- Ability to process information through computer system
- Ability to count money and make change
- Ability to proactively engage guests in making a sale
- Ability to effectively communicate with Management, Team Members and Guests
- Ability to read, count, and write to accurately complete all documentation
- Physical ability to stand, walk, and walk up and down stairs during assigned shifts
- Physical ability to lift up to 40 lbs
- Ability to work varied hours/days, including nights, weekends and holidays, as needed
- Outgoing personality
- Passion for guest service
