Job Summary
Represent the company by selling new and used agricultural and turf equipment to walk-in customers, maintaining deep product knowledge on tractors, implements, and turf products. Monitor competitive activity, customer business trends, and financing options to communicate timely updates to management and assist with purchase decisions. Execute a defined sales process including demonstrations, validating requirements, and closing sales while managing customer information and in-store orders. Handle inventory integrity by verifying shipments, placing parts orders, conducting cycle counts, and expediting discrepancies. Maintain showroom image, merchandise displays, and the parts department cleanliness. Complete orders by coordinating pick-up or delivery status with customers. Perform routine lifting of items up to 50 lbs. Requires 1+ years of retail sales experience and knowledge of agricultural or turf equipment.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of retail sales experience
- Ability to use standard desktop load applications such as Microsoft Office and internet functions
- Ability to work flexible hours
- Excellent customer relationship skills
- Ability to analyze and interpret basic sales reports
- High School Diploma or equivalent work experience
