Job Summary
Greet and engage every customer, understand their needs to recommend the best products, and assist with purchases, returns, exchanges, and special orders. Maintain a clean, organized sales floor and stock areas, help receive shipments, stock inventory, and track low-inventory items, while handling phone inquiries professionally. Deliver friendly, knowledgeable service that reflects core values and jump in wherever needed to keep the store running smoothly. Weekend availability is required. Bilingual Spanish/English is preferred.
