Job Summary
Greet and engage every customer who walks through the store, understanding their needs to recommend the best products for their game. Deliver friendly, knowledgeable service by showcasing merchandise with confidence and assisting with purchases, returns, exchanges, and special orders. Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, fitting rooms, and stock areas while helping receive shipments, stocking inventory, and tracking low-inventory items. Handle phone inquiries professionally and jump in wherever needed to keep the store running smoothly. Weekend availability is required.

- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs when needed
