Job Summary
Greet and engage every customer, understand their needs to recommend products, and assist with purchases, returns, exchanges, and special orders. Maintain a clean, organized sales floor, fitting rooms, and stock areas while helping receive shipments, stocking inventory, and tracking low-inventory items. Handle phone inquiries professionally and jump in wherever needed to keep the store running smoothly. Weekend availability is required. This role supports Soccer Post's mission to deliver an exceptional in-store experience for players, coaches, and fans.

- Willingness to learn product knowledge and POS systems

- Ability to thrive in a busy environment and assist multiple customers at once
- Comfortable standing and walking for long periods
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs when needed
Desired Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Soccer background — player, coach, or fan
- Bilingual Spanish/English
