Job Summary
Greet every customer, understand their needs, and recommend the best products for their game while delivering friendly, knowledgeable service that reflects Soccer Post's core values. Assist with purchases, returns, exchanges, and special orders, then maintain a clean, organized sales floor, fitting rooms, and stock areas. Help receive shipments, stock inventory, and track low-inventory items, while also handling phone inquiries and jumping in wherever needed to keep the store running smoothly. Weekend availability is required.

- Strong sales instincts and the ability to anticipate customer needs
- Willingness to learn product knowledge and POS systems
- Reliability, professionalism, and a positive team-player attitude
- Ability to thrive in a busy environment and assist multiple customers at once
- Comfortable standing and walking for long periods
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs when needed
Desired Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Soccer background — player, coach, or fan
- Bilingual Spanish/English
